1.The animal(s) were raised and separated from any other animals susceptible to rabies
at a facility (Place of Origin) since birth or for at least 6 months prior to
shipping. The facility that the animal(s) were raised in is registered in accordance
with the relevant regulations of USDA and approved by the Republic of Korea. The
facilities operates animal health programs for regularly monitoring animal disease and
under a veterinary supervision and has no abnormality at the inspection by USDA and
maintained the documentation about species, the number of animals, the origin of
country or capture area, the date of introduction of new animals and history of
disease outbreaks, medication, clinical inspection, rabies neutralizing antibody titre
test, etc.
